Entry fees
You can withdraw your entry and get a full refund at any time before scoring of your entry has started. Email hello@verifiedweddingawards.com from the address you entered with. Once scoring has started, the entry fee is not refundable, because the scoring work has been done; you still receive your full scorecard.
Scores under 65
If your entry scores under 65, you receive your scorecard and 20% off next year's entry.
Winner's kit
The winner's kit (€29) is digital content. When you unlock it you ask for immediate access and agree that your right to cancel ends once it is unlocked, so it is not refundable after that. If a file does not work, tell us and we will fix it.
Crystal award
The engraved crystal award (€149) is made to order with your details, so it cannot be returned once production has started. If it arrives damaged or with a mistake we made, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Featured profile
A featured profile (€99 per year) can be cancelled within 14 days of payment for a full refund. After that, it runs until the end of the paid year.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
