Why it is different

How is this wedding suppliers directory different?

Only businesses that entered our awards and reached Finalist (65+) are listed, so each listing comes with evidence, not an advert.

  • i.Scored businesses only. A business cannot just sign up and appear. Each one met the entry requirements and was scored out of 100 on its own track record.
  • ii.The score sits on the page. Every profile shows the Verified Score and its parts, so a florist in Kent and one in Crete are compared on the same scale.
  • iii.Couples' words, verified. Feedback quotes come from past couples who confirmed their email and wedding date. Only one response per email address counts.
  • iv.No paid ranking. Entry fees pay for scoring, not position. Each list runs from highest score to lowest, and no business can buy a higher place.

What will a scored vendor listing look like?

  • Entries under 65 receive a written scorecard only and are not listed.

  • Lists are ordered by score; fees never change a business's position.

How does a wedding business get listed?

You get listed by entering the 2027 Awards and scoring 65 or more; there is no separate listing fee.

    Check you qualify

    You need at least 5 client reviews from the last 36 months. Photos and video are added after payment.

  2. 02

    Enter a category

    Entry is €49 for the first category and €29 for each extra one, shown before you pay.

    Complete your entry

    Add photos, video links and review links on your private, password-protected entry page. Optional: invite past couples for up to 15 bonus points.

FAQs

Questions about the wedding vendor directory

Is the directory free for couples to use?

Yes, the Verified Wedding Awards directory is free for couples. You can search, compare scores and read couples' comments without paying anything. Wedding businesses pay to enter the awards; you never pay to use the lists.

How is each list ordered?

Featured profiles appear first, clearly labelled Featured. All other listings are ordered by Verified Score, highest first; where two businesses tie, the higher couples' feedback score goes first. A featured profile never changes a score or an award result.

Are the couples' feedback quotes real?

Every feedback quote on Verified Wedding Awards comes from the couples' feedback round. Each couple confirms their email address and wedding date, rates the business 1 to 5 and writes one line. Only one response per email address is accepted.

How is a Verified Score different from a star rating?

A Verified Score uses star ratings and review counts for only 30 of its 100 points. The rest comes from what clients actually say, a peer review of the photos and video, an optional email-verified couples' bonus, and checks on professional standards, such as replying to an enquiry within 48 hours. A high star rating alone does not earn a listing.

Why can't I find a business I already know?

A business appears in the Verified Wedding Awards directory only after it enters the awards and reaches Finalist or above. Many good businesses have not entered yet, and the first results are due from January 2027. You are welcome to tell them about the awards.

Do you list vendors for destination weddings?

Yes, Verified Wedding Awards lists vendors for destination weddings. Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Spain and Portugal each run a full country round, and destination wedding planners have their own award category.

How does my business get into the wedding vendor directory?

A wedding business joins the Verified Wedding Awards listings by entering the 2027 Awards and scoring 65 or more. Entry starts at €49 for one category, and every entrant receives a written scorecard, listed or not.
